Mohan Bhagwat and new education model

Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat popularly known as Mohan (ji) Bhagwat was born in the year 1950 in a town called Chandrapur in Maharashtra. His father Madhukar Bhagwat was the secretary of the Chandrapur zone and had worked as Divisional Promoter of Gujarat. Mohan is the eldest of the four children born to Madhukar Bhagwat. Mohan studied at 'Lokmanya Tilak Vidyalaya'.
He obtained his graduation in Veterenary Sciences and Animal Husbandry (BVSc) from Punjabrao Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola. He left his masters course to became full-time promoter/worker of the RSS in the second half of the year 1975.He went underground but kept working for the Sangh during emergency which was called by the then Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi and many Sangh workers were forcibly taken behind bars. 
In the year 1977, Mohan Bhagwat became 'Pracharak' of Akola in Maharashtra. He took up the position of 'Akhil Bharatiya Sharirik Pramukh' from the year 1991 to 1999 and soon after rose to the pisition of 'Akhil Bharatiya Pracharak Pramukh,' (in-charge of RSS volunteers working full-time for India).
In 2000, Mohan Bhagwat became 'Sarkaryavaha,' (General Secretary) when Prof Rajendra Singh and Sheshadri retired. He is known to be a pragmatic person and will look towards keeping the ideological purity of the organisation. He was subsequently chosen as the Sarsanghchalak of the RSS on 21 March 2009. Mohan Bhagwat travels within the country and abroad extensively to fufill his duties of a pracharak. 
He is a big pillar of strength for the Sangh Pariwar and is known to have found ways out whenever there has been a problem. With his great work have come greater responsibilities which he is shouldering with hard work, discipline, sincerity and great skills. Bhagwat's father, Madhukar Rao Bhagwat trained Advani partly in the RSS training programme which resulted in Bhagwat's close association with Advani. Bhagwat continues to travel and work selflessly for RSS and is known for his unrelenting and passionate work for the Sangh.
